The Artist of this year's poster is Stephen Kilborn. His image Cottonwoods and Red Wall was chosen for the poster design."Over the last thirty seven years I have had the good fortune to support myself solely from my art. Whether working in wood, clay or paint I have learned from the different unique processes involved in working with each material. During these years I have tried to concentrate on the work itself and promote myself to a local rather than national audience. Presently I am at a point in my career where I am able to reach my collectors directly through my Taos gallery and in doing so have had the freedom to pursue whatever direction I care to."
Below is new work by Stephen that may be in the show. Come on September 23rd at 4pm Stephen will be signing the 2011 posters. You also will be able to see his new work in the show.
